Description
We are seeking a qualified Freelance Telehealth Nurse to provide remote healthcare support to patients via phone calls, chat platforms, or video consultations. This role is ideal for a nurse who is comfortable using digital tools to assess patient needs, provide medical guidance, and support continuity of care without physical interaction.
As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for triaging patient concerns, offering basic clinical advice, guiding patients on medication adherence, and helping determine when in-person care is necessary. You will also assist in monitoring patients with chronic conditions by conducting scheduled follow-ups and documenting patient progress in an online system.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to make safe decisions remotely. You will work with a digital health platform and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive timely and accurate care.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid Nursing Council of Kenya license and current practicing certificate
Minimum of 2 years鈥 clinical experience (outpatient, triage, or general practice preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to assess symptoms and provide safe, evidence-based advice remotely
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and telehealth platforms
Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer
Good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in virtual interactions
Experience in telemedicine or call center healthcare services is an added advantage
