Chat Support Assistant

We are looking for friendly and reliable freelance chat support assistants to respond to basic online messages from customers or page visitors. The role involves replying to common questions, sharing information provided by the team, and guiding people to the correct contact or service.

This job is fully remote and can often be done from a phone. You do not need to be an expert in the product or service, as responses are usually guided by scripts, templates, or FAQs.

The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and able to type fast enough to respond in a timely manner.
